Marino was a godsend! We moved into our brand new build home, and our dryer stopped working suddenly. So we were in a pickle, and figured we’d probably have to purchase a new dryer. However, after calling ElectricMan, we figured they would be able to help us out and maybe it was just an electric issue. Turns out it absolutely was, but at first, we couldn’t figure out exactly what was happening as the outlets were giving out enough energy. Marino did extensive research and ultimately left with no solution. But he called me the next morning on a Saturday and told me he thought about a solution last night and that he had one, so he went to Lowe’s, purchased a brand new switch for our breaker specifically controlling the dryer (as the new build wasn’t compatible with GFCI connections in our Samsung dryer). And it worked! Thanks to him, we would’ve gone down a long, unnecessary rabbit hole. Thanks Marino for going above and beyond and helping us resolve an issue that was important to us.
