We had power out to only sections of our home. I naively assumed this meant it was an internal issue. We had checked and tried each of the breakers to no avail. It was nearly 2 a.m., neither of my AC units were getting power, and my fridge and freezer both were out. To me, this is an emergency in Texas! I began calling 24-hour electricians. The first had no availability, the second I had to leave a message, but the third, this company, sleepily answered my call, listened while I explained my situation and politely informed me that my issue was most likely the electric company's issue, and while he would gladly assist me when available, I should start with the provider first. I appreciate the prompt response, the honest response, and the compassion regarding our circumstances. While I ended up not needing an electrician after all, I know exactly who I’ll call when we do. Smooth, easy communication through their website making an appointment. I was expecting to have a real issue, after some heaters caused my living room outlets to stop working. The project involved the disconnection of over 50 electrical whips connecting and powering the furniture we needed to relocate. Amy was AWESOME to work with.
